Yes, we provide a 2-year of warranty on our locks. Additionally, we provide 1 year of service support (AMC).
On Return
What is your return policy for smart door locks?
We have a 7-day return policy, for customers who aren’t satisfied with our Smart Lock. Once you buy a Mygate Lock, you can try it for 60 days and if you’re unhappy with it, you’re free to return it. No questions asked.
